Parties

In these Terms and Conditions the following descriptions may be used:
"We", "A.K.A.", "us": Alien Keyboards Akademy
"You", "Customer" describes: You as a private person or as a representative of a Company.

Acceptance
By purchasing products and/or services from the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept these "Terms and Conditions".
Change of Information
A.K.A. has the right to change the information and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The pictures shown and descriptions made of the products are only approximations of the actual products and we cannot guarantee the information provided is 100% accurate at all times.

Information provided by you
It is your responsibility that all details provided to A.K.A. for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

Information Secrecy
When you send you data to us to complete your order and/or for any kind of request, your information stays with us.
We do not provide your information to any third party for any purpose other than to carry out the transaction online (credit card companies etc).

Your rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights, which cannot be excluded or restricted at law.

VAT
Depending on who you are, and how you choose to purchase in our web shop, prices are VAT inclusive or VAT exclusive.
Please read below to see what applies to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase you make is appropriate to you and where you are from.

All private persons have to buy the products with VAT included in the total price. The VAT rate is currently 20% of the net price (Italy VAT). The confirmation email you receive upon purchase will clearly show the amount of VAT included in the price.

If you are buying the product as a representative for a company, association or school, and this company has a valid VAT nr., you can purchase the products in our web shop without VAT. You have to specify the Company Name and VAT nr. when filling your order. The confirmation email you receive will clearly show "VAT not included in price".
Customs
We do not know if any extra costs will be incurred to you when the goods are shipped to your country.
Every country has its own policies and laws for handling this, and we cannot keep track of these rules. If you want more information about this, we cannot help you. Please contact your local authorities.
Please note that any costs relating to customs or handling of any kind incurred to you in your country is your responsibility to pay, and they are not included in the total price.

Our right to cancel the order
We reserve the right to cancel the order/purchase at any time. This might happen if we cannot assure your order, the items were listed at an incorrect price for whatever reason, and the payment was refused, not authorized, or declined by your credit card provider. If we cancel the order you will be notified by email to the address you registered with us.

Stock Availability
We strive to give you the latest information on products and services availability. Even so, we may receive an order from you at a time when the products and/or services are out of stock. If the products and/or services are not in stock we will inform you via email of this situation as soon as possible, and inform you of when we expect to have the products/services back in stock.

Confirmation of Purchase
When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it showing the order nr. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your purchase order. Please print this email and keep it for your records.
That you have received an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to process your order. If the products/services is not available we will also let you know by email.

Liability
We shall not be liable for any consequential loss including without limitation any loss caused by interruption of your business, loss of electronic information or physical damage to property and whether directly or indirectly caused by any breach of contract or by negligence by us or by any servant or agent of ours.

Governing Jurisdiction
This agreement is subject to the law of Italy.
All disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

Bank Transfer
If you are uncomfortable ordering online, we accept payment through bank transfer.
During the purchase process, you will get the right info for wire transfer payment details and directions.

Your Information Security
When ordering from our web shop you will be asked to type your information.
This means that your address and any other details are registered with us so that we can ship your purchased product correctly and get in touch with you if needed.
We do NOT provide this information to any third parties (except to be able to process your purchase).

Shipping

Processing of orders
Orders received (including those received on a bank holiday) will be processed on the next available 1-5 working days.
We shall not be bound to ship the goods until you have paid for them.

Downloadable products and services
Downloadable products will be processed immediately and available in the next 24 hours.
Availability of services, lessons and other instructional material depend by the working time required for this material to be ready to produce for your use.

Shipping Class (except downloadable products/services)
We send all shipments with Registered Mail from Croatia. This offers good security, good handling and insurance, and also provides the best balance between price and shipping time.

Shipping Price
It depends by your location.

Shipping Address
The goods will be delivered to your registered address or e-mail. It is your responsibility to verify that the address or e-mail you have provided is correct. In many countries the goods will be delivered to your nearest post office, a notice will be sent to you informing you that you have something to pick up.

Shipping times (except downloadable products/services)
We cannot guarantee shipping times but we aim to deliver to you within 10 working days. Depending on your location in the world the shipping time may be longer or shorter. During times of bank or public holidays you can expect longer shipping times.
Delays in shipping are sometimes out of our control and all shipping dates (if any are given) are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in shipping the goods to you.

You must sign for the goods (except downloadable products/services)
In many countries the goods will be delivered to a post office close to you, a notice will be sent to you, and you can then pick up the goods at the post office. You are responsible for making sure that you are available to sign for the goods a post office close to you, in order to receive the goods.
If the goods remain unsigned for, the goods will automatically be returned to us. If this happens you will be notified by us, and we may have to charge you additional shipping fees for shipping the goods again to you.

Lost shipping
If your goods are lost during shipping, they will be replaced by us as soon as is reasonably possible.

Return policy

Defective Goods
If you suspect that the goods you have received are defective/not working, you may, within 14 days after the goods have been delivered to you, contact us to receive a replacement.
Download Sales
Please understand that all download sales are final. Hit Produkcija d.o.o. cannot issue product refunds once a download transaction has begun or cancel any contract for services connected to a download purchase once a download is initiated.
